Extruded plastic into boards, beams, and planks for building.
Plastic extrusion is a manufacturing process using raw plastic material, usually from pellets called resin, melted and formed into a continuous profile. Extrusion produces items such as pipe/tubing, custom profiles, and plastic sheeting.
The plastic extrusion process creates two-dimensional shapes (length providing the third dimension) such as tubing, edging, moldings, and similar products in short sections or continuous lengths. Extruded products can be utilized as-is, or they may be fabricated into more complex assemblies by punching, bending, forming, or other techniques.

This is a Plastic Lumber System built to take the waste and dirty materials such as post-consumer, post-industrial, commingled plastics, fiber & film and give it a new life. This Flow Molding Line was built for a Plastics Recycling company in eastern Canada. Their goal was to acquire a system that would convert unusable materials into a value-added product. Now they’re able to take those wastes which were headed for the landfill, and manufacturer lumber such as boards, posts, stakes, landscape timbers and or parts to make benches, tables, and many other furniture products.
